Overview of training:
The objective of this training program is to bridge the knowledge gap and develop key competencies among participants in the design, assessment, and implementation of grid-connected solar PV systems. The program is structured to provide a comprehensive understanding of technical, economic, and practical aspects of grid connected PV systems.

Training Methodology
The training will follow a blended approach. Sessions 1 to 8 will be delivered as self-paced learning through the Learning Management System (Moodle), allowing participants to build a strong theoretical foundation at their own pace.
This will be followed by 3 days of in-person training at the GSES training center, focusing on hands-on exercises, practical design activities, and real-world case studies. Interactive discussions, quizzes, and assessments will be included throughout the program to ensure effective learning and engagement. A Learning Management System (Moodle) will be used to facilitate content sharing, assessments, and participant tracking.
