I have learnt design calculations, understand deeply about PV systems but today I am doing something different — engaged with operation and maintenance of utility like boiler, water treatment, and waste water treatment plant.

The training at GSES deepened my expertise in solar power technologies and system design, equipping me with practical skills to implement efficient solar solutions.

I recently learned about HOMER Pro software, which provided me with valuable insights into solar PV systems. Before this I had only a basic understanding, but now I have a much clearer grasp of its concepts and applications.

The instructor was humorous, well-prepared, and had a very engaging, friendly approach. As HOMER Pro was new to me, hands-on exercises were particularly helpful. The training equipped us with essential knowledge for designing efficient hybrid energy systems.

The training was highly informative, providing valuable insights into system sizing, feasibility assessment, and optimization. Hands-on exercises and discussions made the learning experience more interactive and applicable to real-world scenarios.

The training was well-structured, with effective study materials and knowledgeable, supportive professors. It has greatly enhanced my confidence in solar mini-grid design and site feasibility evaluation.

The course was comprehensive regarding all aspects of Solar PV. The knowledge learned regarding civil engineering aspects will be applied during the feasibility study of new solar projects especially during the design of civil structures.

The training program for me was a refresher course covering briefly solar PV project preparation, project design; engineering, project construction/development, and O&M, and it will be useful for my future work.

I really liked the interactive nature of the workshop. The trainer explained concepts well, making it easy to understand. Hands-on exercises helped in grasping HOMER Pro's functionalities effectively. Overall, a great learning experience!
