Prices & Discounts             

All prices posted on this website are subject to change without notice. Prices prevailing at commencement of placing the order will apply. Posted prices do includes all taxes and charges. In case there are any additional charges or taxes the same will be mentioned on the website.

 

Discount on training fees are subject to fulfilment of terms and conditions mentioned in the website. Discount can be availed only on prior approval against submission of documentary evidence. Discounted fee cannot be paid through webshop. Participant want to avail discount must sent email request  to [email protected] with documentary evidence of valid identity, gender and age. If such discount is approved a separate payment link will be created for payment. No discount can be availed once payment is made.  

Payment

GSES must receive all payments prior to shipping. We accept payment by cheque, draft, net banking, credit card, debit card, cash card, mobile payments.

Price Discrepancies

In case of erroneous pricing for products listed online, GSES India reserves the right to choose to honour or cancel the transaction. Customers will receive refunds on the amount paid, in case of cancelled transactions.

Wrong Product

In case the product is different from the order placed, GSES India will replace the product or process a refund for the amount paid.

Void Where Prohibited

Although www.gses.in is accessible worldwide, not all products or services discussed or referenced on www.gses.in are available to all persons or in all geographic locations or jurisdictions. GSES reserves the right to limit the provision of any product or service to any person, geographic area or jurisdiction it so desires, in its sole discretion and to limit the quantities of any such product or service that it provides. Any offer for any product or service made on www.gses.in is void where prohibited.

Loss or damage of certificates, books and training materials

Once issued and received by the training participants, GSES will be not responsible for any damage or loss to the certificates, books and training materials. On request and subject to availability GSES may issue a duplicate copy of certificate and training documents at a cost to be determined by GSES at the time of issue. In case of a book, a new copy (subject to availability) can be issued at a cost applicable at the time of issue.  

 

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GSES India Sustainable Energy Pvt. Ltd. be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• The use or the inability to use our services or access content
• The cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from transactions entered into through or from www.gses.in
• The unauthorized access to or alterations of your transmissions or data
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the service; or
• Any other matter relating to the service, even if GSES India has been advised of the possibility of damages
  

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold GSES India harmless from all claims, damages and expenses (including attorney's fees) made by any third party arising out of your content, your use of gses.in, your connection to gses.in, your violation of this Agreement, our Terms of Use or our Privacy Policy, and the development, operation, maintenance, use and contents of this website.

Financial Transactions and Taxes

If you make any financial transactions on www.gses.in, including paying for products or services, you may be asked for credit card or other payment information. You agree that all information you provide is accurate, complete and current and that you will pay all charges owed, including any applicable taxes. You agree that you are solely responsible for any personal income reporting and tax payments required of you by applicable government authorities.

Termination

GSES India reserves the right to discontinue in whole or in part any portion of www.gses.in services or programs with or without notice. This discontinuation may relate to all users, certain groups of users, or to certain individual users.

Governing Law

This Agreement has been executed and delivered in India, and its interpretations, validity and performance shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of India, and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of high court at Delhi.
