GSES develops and delivers solar PV training courses in accordance with international competency standards and accreditation requirements.

GSES’ training services are available worldwide and constitute one of GSES’ four business pillars. Within Australia (Head Office), GSES is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) responsible for developing and delivering Solar PV accreditation training in its national and international competency standards. GSES India is affiliated with the Skill Council for Green Jobs (SCGJ) under the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), the government of India, as a training partner. Internationally, GSES undertakes to guarantee the quality of all its training programs. GSES develops and delivers solar PV training courses in accordance with international competency standards and accreditation requirements. GSES India has a well-equipped training centre in New Delhi.   

Since 2012, GSES India has conducted 280+ training programmes, which have been attended by more than 7300 professionals, engineers, entrepreneurs and technicians from India, Asia, Africa, Europe, the U.S. and the Middle East countries. Besides its regular training courses, GSES India designs and delivers customised training for rural entrepreneurs, microgrid technicians, engineers and managers for NGOs and corporate houses. To generate social opportunity and gender equity, GSES India provides special concessions to unemployed youths, students and women participants to increase their professional, entrepreneurial & technical skills in the renewable energy sector. 

GSES India is associated with the International Solar Alliance (ISA) for delivering multiple training programmes for ISA member countries under its capacity development programmes. Since 2021, GSES India has delivered 19 online training programmes attended by more than 2000+ participants from 80+ ISA member countries from Asia, Africa, Latin America and Pacific Island countries.
